It is difficult to know the health of our energy aura ourselves unless we have psychic abilities or have confidence in using tools like a pendulum or can communicate and ask our spirit guide.

Emotional Health

Unresolved emotions get repetitively triggered from the relationship issues in our life. Sometimes unhelpful emotions get ignored or perhaps they are not fully resolved following a therapy session.

Some emotional wounds come from childhood and may have been pushed below our conscious to cope at the time, yet can still get triggered and cause unhelpful behaviours such as being the victim, workaholic, or being disconnected from positive emotions of laughter and joy.

Negative emotions include anger, fear, shame, depression, powerlessness and guilt. They may have associated physical symptoms of muscle tension, unexplainable pains, headaches, insomnia and panic attacks.

An emotional health check can confirm which emotions can be quickly cleared energetically.

Disease and Illness

One of the causes behind many diseases and illness are from chronic emotional problems that have not been addressed. Over time they lower the vibration of the part of the body they are associated with making it more susceptible to illness. Fear and stress for example has been found through medical research to be two significant ones.

The western life style is another cause. This includes the food we consume such as ultra-processed food that contain trans fats, additives and toxins from pesticides. Also, the side effects of medication and contaminates in water and from many household products. They all build up toxins in the body that weaken the immune system that is protecting the body from illness.

A health check can confirm if an illness or disease has an emotional or life style cause.
